STATEMENT OF FAITH
1. The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21). It is the final authority for faith, doctrine, and conduct.
2. The One True God
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14). He is sovereign, holy, just, loving, and worthy of all worship.
3. The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ—His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His literal return in power and glory (John 1:1,14; Isaiah 7:14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:11).
4. The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and active in the earth today. He convicts of sin, regenerates the believer, indwells, empowers, sanctifies, distributes spiritual gifts, and leads the Church into truth (John 16:8–13; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11).
5. Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8–9). Humanity, though created in God’s image, fell into sin and requires redemption (Romans 3:23). Salvation includes repentance, regeneration, justification, and sanctification through the blood of Jesus Christ.
6. The Church (Ekklesia)
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called out and commissioned to demonstrate the Kingdom of God in the earth (Matthew 16:18–19). The Church exists to worship God, make disciples, preach the Gospel, and minister to the spiritual and practical needs of humanity.
7. The Kingdom of God
We believe the Kingdom of God is both present and advancing. Through the authority given by Christ, believers are called to walk in dominion, holiness, and power, demonstrating righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).
8. Baptism and Communion
We believe in water baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith (Romans 6:4).
We believe in the Lord’s Supper as a sacred remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice (1 Corinthians 11:23–26).
9. Healing and Deliverance
We believe in the healing power of God and the authority of the believer over demonic oppression through the name of Jesus Christ (Mark 16:17–18; Luke 10:19; James 5:14–16). Healing and deliverance are expressions of Christ’s finished work.
10. The Return of Christ and Eternal Judgment
We believe in the visible return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, eternal life for believers, and eternal separation from God for those who reject Christ (Revelation 22:12; John 5:28–29).
