Welcome to the website and digital services of Dominion and Power Ministries Int’l (“DPMI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital resources, online registrations, events, ministry communications, merchandise, giving platforms, livestreams, SMS services, and other services made available by Dominion and Power Ministries Int’l.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Ministry Purpose

Dominion and Power Ministries Int’l is a Christian ministry committed to advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, developing believers, providing biblical teaching, facilitating worship and prayer, serving communities, and providing ministry-related resources and opportunities.

Information and resources provided through our website are offered for spiritual, educational, informational, and ministry purposes.

2. Eligibility and Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, databases, systems, or accounts

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Biblical and Ministry Content

Sermons, Bible studies, devotionals, prophetic teachings, prayer resources, declarations, ministry articles, videos, livestreams, and other spiritual content are provided for Christian ministry and educational purposes.

Our content reflects DPMI's biblical beliefs, doctrine, ministry philosophy, and interpretation of Scripture.

Ministry content is not intended to replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services.

Individuals facing a medical, psychiatric, safety, or other emergency should contact the appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content made available through DPMI is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Dominion and Power Ministries Int’l.

This may include:

  • Ministry names

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Sermons

  • Teaching materials

  • Bible-study resources

  • Devotionals

  • Journals

  • Graphics

  • Flyers

  • Videos

  • Audio recordings

  • Event materials

  • Website copy

  • Digital downloads

  • Publications

  • Training materials

  • Ministry curriculum

You may access DPMI materials for personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, license, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit protected DPMI materials without prior written authorization.

Scripture quotations remain subject to the rights and permissions associated with the applicable Bible translation.

5. Event Registrations and RSVPs

DPMI may offer registration or RSVP opportunities for worship encounters, Bible studies, prayer gatherings, intensives, conferences, workshops, leadership training, and other events.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

Registration does not necessarily guarantee admission where:

  • Seating or capacity is limited

  • Eligibility requirements apply

  • Payment is required

  • Registration deadlines have passed

  • An event has been changed, postponed, or canceled

DPMI reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, locations, formats, or other event details when reasonably necessary.

6. Virtual Events

Certain DPMI programs may be offered through Zoom or another virtual platform.

By participating in a virtual gathering, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and appropriately.

DPMI may remove participants who engage in:

  • Harassment

  • Disruptive conduct

  • Threatening behavior

  • Obscene or inappropriate content

  • Unauthorized solicitation

  • Conduct that materially interferes with the ministry gathering

Access links should not be publicly redistributed unless DPMI expressly authorizes sharing.

7. Photography, Audio, Video, and Livestreaming

DPMI events may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.

By attending a public DPMI event, you understand that your image, voice, or likeness may incidentally appear in photographs, recordings, broadcasts, livestreams, or ministry promotional materials where legally permitted.

Where additional consent is legally or reasonably appropriate, DPMI may provide notices, releases, or consent procedures.

If you have concerns regarding recording at an event, please speak with a DPMI representative.

8. Donations and Charitable Giving

Donations are voluntarily given to support ministry programs, outreach, operations, events, missions, and other approved purposes.

Where applicable, donors may receive donation acknowledgments or receipts.

Designation of a gift expresses the donor's preference regarding how funds should be used. Unless otherwise legally restricted, DPMI retains appropriate discretion and control over contributed funds in accordance with applicable requirements and organizational purposes.

H2O Seattle Partnership Giving

Certain giving opportunities promoted by DPMI may be legally received and processed by H2O Seattle.

When H2O Seattle is the legal recipient of a contribution, the applicable checkout page, receipt, or donation confirmation should identify H2O Seattle as the organization receiving the donation.

Any applicable tax-deductibility determination depends upon the organization legally receiving the contribution and applicable tax law.

Donors should retain contribution receipts for their records and consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances.

9. Purchases, Merchandise, and Digital Products

DPMI may offer physical merchandise, journals, devotionals, books, ministry resources, downloads, or other products.

Prices, availability, product descriptions, and purchasing terms may change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display products and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that every image, description, price, or other website element will always be error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or refund an order when necessary.

10. Digital Products

Digital products may include:

  • E-books

  • Journals

  • Devotionals

  • Teaching summaries

  • Study guides

  • Training materials

  • Recorded teachings

  • Downloadable resources

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for the purchaser's personal use and may not be:

  • Resold

  • Reproduced for commercial use

  • Uploaded to unauthorized file-sharing services

  • Redistributed to others

  • Republished

  • Altered and represented as original work

Due to their immediate-access nature, digital products may be nonrefundable after delivery or download unless required otherwise by law or where DPMI determines that a refund is appropriate.

11. Refunds

Refund policies may vary depending on the particular event, product, registration, or service.

Any event-specific, product-specific, or registration-specific refund policy displayed during checkout or registration will apply to that transaction.

Certain donations may not be refundable once processed except where an error occurred or applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms.

DPMI may not directly receive or store complete payment-card or banking information when a third-party processor handles the transaction.

Use of those payment services may be governed by the processor's own terms and privacy policies.

DPMI is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, outages, or security practices of third-party payment processors.

13. SMS/Text Messaging

By affirmatively opting in to receive SMS communications from DPMI, you consent to receive text messages consistent with the consent you provided.

Messages may include:

  • Event confirmations

  • Event reminders

  • Ministry announcements

  • Schedule changes

  • Requested information

  • Service notifications

  • Promotional ministry communications where appropriate consent has been given

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of making a donation, purchasing a product or service, attending a ministry event, or participating in ministry programs.

Your use of our SMS service is also subject to our SMS Privacy Policy.

14. Email Communications

When you voluntarily subscribe or otherwise consent to email communications, DPMI may send ministry announcements, event information, resources, reminders, and other applicable messages.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications through the unsubscribe option included in applicable messages.

Transactional or administrative messages may still be sent when necessary to fulfill a registration, transaction, request, or service.

15. Prayer Requests

DPMI may provide online forms, email addresses, telephone lines, or other methods for submitting prayer requests.

Prayer requests may be reviewed or shared with appropriate pastors, leaders, ministry personnel, or designated prayer team members for ministry purposes.

DPMI will make reasonable efforts to respect requests for confidentiality.

However, electronic communication should not be considered a guarantee of absolute confidentiality.

Prayer requests are not substitutes for emergency services, medical treatment, licensed counseling, or other professional services.

16. Pastoral and Spiritual Guidance

Pastoral ministry, prayer, biblical teaching, spiritual encouragement, and other religious services offered through DPMI are provided within the context of Christian ministry.

Nothing on this website establishes a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-advisor, or other licensed professional relationship.

When professional services are needed, individuals should consult appropriately licensed professionals.

17. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services, including:

  • Social media

  • Video platforms

  • Registration services

  • Payment processors

  • Zoom or similar virtual platforms

  • Partner organizations

  • External ministry resources

Third-party sites operate under their own policies and terms.

DPMI does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or actions of third-party services.

18. User-Submitted Information

When you submit information, testimonials, comments, prayer requests, forms, or other communications to DPMI, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

Do not submit:

  • Unlawful material

  • Threatening content

  • Defamatory material

  • Content that violates another person's privacy

  • Copyrighted material you do not have permission to use

  • Malicious software or code

19. Testimonials

If you voluntarily submit a testimony or story to DPMI, we will not automatically assume that we have permission to publicly use your name, photograph, or identifying information.

DPMI may request additional authorization before publishing identifiable testimonials in promotional or public ministry materials.

Anonymous or de-identified testimony may be used where appropriate and consistent with applicable consent.

20. Children and Youth

Certain DPMI programs may involve children or youth.

Where required or appropriate, participation may be subject to:

  • Registration requirements

  • Emergency contact information

  • Media releases

Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through our website without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dominion and Power Ministries Int’l, its pastors, officers, leaders, volunteers, employees, representatives, and affiliated ministries will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting solely from your use of or inability to use the website or digital services.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.

Nothing in this provision is intended to waive or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where you participate in SMS communications, our SMS Privacy Policy also applies.
